Using Healthweb
You may use Healthweb only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
Accounts and access
Access to the platform may be limited to authorised hospital or organisation staff. You must provide accurate information, promptly update it when it changes, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account use.
Content responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the content you submit or publish through Healthweb. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, and you must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful. Do not publish personal or sensitive health information unless you are authorised and legally permitted to do so.
Our service

Intellectual property
Healthweb and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to Kinematiq. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use them outside the intended service without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; account closure arrangements may be subject to your organisation’s agreement with us.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Healthweb after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms.
